Another "Cotton Eye Joe" cowboy boot quilting pattern! This is inspired
by Jin, our Japanese grandson. We went to Hong Kong to see our daughter
Rie where she is raising her son. When she lived with me during her High
School Exchange Program from her school in Tokyo, she wanted to see a
real American cowboy. So for Jin, we brought him an American Cowboy
Quilt. Such a fun project and it was special to fly and deliver it to
him!
Long Arm Quilting, CowBoy Quilt inspired by Vintage Cowboy Fabric.
1930's reproduction quilt fabric frames each square.
Me at home in Portland Oregon, ready to take my quilt off the frame, trim it up and hand sew binding on to it.... the only way to finish a quilt!
Finally in Hong Kong and giving Jin his quilt. So happy to have made it so far and to see their home. Jin is a Japanese Cowboy, living in Hong Kong!
