Jewell's Custom Quilting

Jewell's Custom Quilting: I have been Long Arm Quilting for 17 years. I have been piecing quilts for over 45 years. I love to find old quilt blocks and quilts that need repair, and finish them. My favorite quilt era is the 1930's with bright colors and prints. My Grandmother use to quilt to relieve stress during the depression. She would hand piece her quilt squares with detail from 1930's feed-sack fabric. She also used the the 1930's fabric to make clothing for my mom and Aunt Edna. This cheerful fabric was in contrast to the hard realities of daily life during that time. Now our love of quilting, crafting and creating is something that I get to do every day! I feel truly blessed.
