Quilting Costs & Services

Longarm Quilting Pricing Guide

At Jewell's Custom Quilting, we calculate quilting costs based on the size of your quilt and the quilting style you choose. This allows us to give you a fair estimate that matches the work and detail involved.

How Pricing Works

We calculate your quilting cost using this formula:

Quilt Length (in inches) × Quilt Width (in inches) × Rate = Quilting Cost

Rates by Quilting Style:

  • Edge-to-Edge / Overall Design (Pano): × .020

  • Overall with Border: × .025

  • Custom Quilting: × .030+ (depends on complexity)

💡 Note: Quilts often shrink slightly after quilting due to the stitching. Your final cost will be based on the after-quilted measurement.

Example Calculation

Edge-to-Edge Quilt:
65" (width) × 95" (length) × .020 = $123.50
